Public Speaking Anxiety Coaching
Stop Dreading the Moment You Step Up to Speak.
The tight voice. The racing heart. The mind that goes blank two slides in. Most speaking advice works on the script and ignores the actual problem: what your nervous system does the moment the pressure hits. I work there first.
You've rehearsed the talk and know the content cold, and still your voice tightens or your mind blanks on a slide you've presented ten times. I work directly with that nervous system response, drawing on NLP and hypnotherapy training to change what happens in your body before it happens — so you stop dreading the moments that used to cost you the most.

Common Questions
Is this therapy, or coaching?
It's coaching, not clinical therapy. I draw on NLP and hypnotherapy training to work with the physical anxiety response, but the goal throughout is performance under pressure in a specific upcoming speaking moment, not treatment of a clinical condition.
Will this actually stop the physical symptoms, like a shaking voice or racing heart?
That's the specific target of the Emotional Stealth work: changing the nervous system response itself, not just giving you tricks to hide it. Most clients notice a real, physical difference, not only a mindset shift.
I've tried public speaking classes before and the anxiety came back anyway. Why would this be different?
Most classes work on delivery technique and never touch the nervous system response that's actually driving the anxiety. I start there first, then layer technique on top, which is why the change tends to hold up under real pressure instead of just in a supportive classroom.
What if my anxiety is specific to one type of situation, like Q&A or being interrupted?
That's common, and it's exactly what the evaluation on the free intro call is for: identifying precisely where the anxiety response hits hardest so we can work on that specific trigger rather than a generic fix.
