About Elio Haddad

Background

I have worked in communication and NLP since 2012. That background supports the emotional side of communication: handling pressure, settling your attention and making room to think before you speak. It sits alongside practical work on structure, delivery and presence.

The method

Every engagement works on three parts together. Elio first finds where the real gap is, then gives two or three practical fixes at a time, plus exercises to keep using between sessions.

Confident Presence

This part of the work helps you respond more deliberately when the stakes are high. It is practical: techniques you can use before and during the moment, so your preparation is visible in the room.

Delivery and presence

Structure, voice, pauses, posture and reading the room as you speak. How you enter, how you hold the floor and how you close.

Message design

Shaping the message around the decision your audience has to make, in words that leave no room for ambiguity.

How a first conversation goes

In a 30-minute call, Elio asks questions about what you are preparing for and where it feels least secure. Often the gaps that show up are not the ones people expected. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not you work together. Let's talk, book your call.
