The Situation

You know everything you want to say. The challenge is how to deliver it.

You know your material. You've rehearsed the deck. And still, your voice tightens, your mind blanks two slides in, or you over-explain out of nerves and lose the room.

Most coaching fixes the script.

I fix what happens in your body and mind the moment the pressure hits. Then we build the message on top of that.

That combination is why clients don't just "get better at speaking." They stop dreading the moments that used to cost them the most.

The Method

Three things, working together.

01

Emotional Stealth

I work directly with the fear and anxiety response that sabotages otherwise well-prepared people. This is the part most coaches skip, and it's usually the actual reason performance breaks down.

02

Technical Communication Skills

Message structure, interpersonal technique, and delivery: how you organize what you say, read the room in real time, hold a pause, and carry a physical presence that dominates a room the moment you walk in. This is the craft any serious communication coach should bring.

03

Content Crafting

The psychology of what makes a message land: how to craft words that reach an audience without ambiguity, and that influence people positively by design, not by accident.

My background as a sculptor also shapes how I coach: presence, physical form, and posture aren't an afterthought in this work, they're part of the method.

Result: fewer sessions, faster change, and performance that holds up under real pressure, not just in rehearsal.

Who This Is For

Built for Your Most Important Leadership Moments

Presence and leadership communication run on the same skill, whether you're speaking to one person across a table or to a room of a thousand. Comfort at that level has to be built, not faked.

Built for

How It Works

Three steps. Built around your actual event.

01

Free Intro Call

A free video call that includes an initial evaluation. We identify what's breaking down (message, delivery, or nervous system) and what to work on first before your deadline.

02

The Program

Ten weekly sessions over 10 weeks, structured around your actual event, not a generic curriculum. A closing evaluation shows what changed. Both evaluations are included.

03

The Moment

You walk in prepared in a way rehearsal alone never gets you to. Sessions can continue post-event for the next high-stakes moment on your calendar.

"Everyone has their blind spots, you can't see them unless someone points them out for you, and you literally pointed them out in one session."

Elio: I want to thank you for this session, and I would like to hear your feedback, and your absolutely honest opinion about the session that we just had.

Parul: Honestly speaking, I never thought this session was something so deeply about how you understand the positions, rather than what do you do just to get a job position. I didn't have an understanding of the leadership points that you just gave me. The way I worked was very different than what I should actually work as, and that's the main breaking point out of this whole conversation. It really changed my perspective on how I'm going to pursue this next career that I'm going to go with, and I'm going to do the research on what you've told me, and really work on the points that you've told me. When I started this meeting I was just expecting you to give me points and hints on how to take an interview, or how to go about applying for a job, something like that. It was very different than what I was thinking — I never thought the meeting would be so intense, that you would actually give me points on how to improve myself rather than looking for a job. It's really good, and I really thank you for that, because now that I'm going to apply for this position, I'm going to know exactly what I need to do before I go there. That was a turning point for the new career I was looking for. So thank you for that.

Elio: Thank you for opening up, and for sharing this honest opinion.

Parul: Thanks a lot. Yeah, this was honest, out of my heart — I never expected this. I was just expecting, like, they said they will give you coaching, so usually coaching means how do you take an interview, what do you say, what do you do when you go there, something like that. Which, on a director's level position, might be something different. That's what I thought.

Elio: Yeah, I told you I'm not gonna go into this technical, small stuff — I will go deep into the seed of the issue, and really give you some good support and good help into what you're doing now.

Parul: This was the best part — of any coaching training I've ever taken on leadership. I mean, they give you leadership training all the time, you go to Google, they'll give you one, but it's mostly something I already know, because I've done that work. But this, this was something different. I'm going to work on these things now.

Parul: I'm very happy with this meeting, I'm gonna let Sam know. I wish I had thought about this before — I think I would have already had the position. Everyone has their blind spots, you can't see them unless someone points them out for you, and you literally pointed them out in one session, thirty, sixty minutes, and it's right up here. I didn't know about this — what, twenty years — nobody pointed that out. They gave me a lot of advice, but nothing like this.

Elio: That's amazing, that's one of the best feedbacks I've had till now. That gives me a lot of satisfaction to hear, and it makes me believe more and more in the work that I'm doing — the happiness of really giving good, valuable advice, not just repeating the same rhetoric.

Parul: No, this was very valuable, I never thought about it this way. I know my job very well, I've done it very well, I've always been very successful, I've always gotten good bonuses and raises — they didn't even take out my paycheck last year when they were literally laying off people, because they thought I was very valuable. But this, this is something very different.

Elio: Thank you, we're recording now. I would like to ask you to give me your opinion about our session, and be absolutely honest.

Jacqueline: Okay, good. So this session has been a real eye-opener for me. It's been actually very invigorating — I feel a lot better now after the meeting than I did before, especially in terms of my career path. Before the meeting I was very worried and a little bit unsettled about how I was going to approach these next career steps, but now I have a very clear picture and the way forward. Elio, you've given me a very good direction, and three or four key points that I need to follow. So I feel much more in control, and I am going to embark on this guidance from today.

Elio: Would you kindly tell me, or tell us, what is your career, and what was it till now?

Jacqueline: Okay, so my career till now — I have been an expert working in the development sector for the United Nations. I have been working on policy. I first started in the lower levels of environment and community work, but through the years I worked my way up, and I am now a policy advisor for the UN. So my work has been very important to me, and this is a key, very important milestone that I have reached today.

Elio: Thank you very much, and I'm very happy to be able to help you in such a short time.

Jacqueline: Yes, good help — I do believe it. We might need to talk again at some point, and I'm available, so just send me whatever comes, any question, anything.

After years of struggling with public speaking phobia, I had all but given up on overcoming my fears. I didn't think there was anything that could help me. But when I learned about Elio Haddad, I decided to give him a try as a last resort.

I was skeptical at first, but Elio proved me wrong. He didn't use any magic or hypnotize me. He simply took the journey with me, untying the knots in my life and replacing them with colorful ribbons. Negative experiences became strengthening experiences, and what once weighed me down now holds me up.

Thanks to Elio's guidance, I no longer fear public speaking. In fact, I now seek out these opportunities and look forward to them. I regret all the opportunities I missed due to my phobia, and I wish I had turned to someone like Elio sooner.

Thank you, Elio, for giving me the confidence to achieve my goals.

About

Elio Haddad

Since 2012, I've worked as a public speaking expert for CEOs and executives, helping people who already know their material perform when the pressure is real. My approach draws on certified NLP and hypnotherapy training (5-Path & 7-Path), a Kundalini yoga teaching certification, and Toastmasters International's Competent Communicator and Competent Leader distinctions, earned for completing ten public speaking projects and mentoring other speakers. That range (psychology, breath, body, and message) is why the work goes past the script and into what actually changes performance under pressure.

  • 14+ Years Coaching Executives

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you coach executives on public speaking and communication?

Yes. I work with C-suite leaders, board members and senior executives on public speaking, executive presence and high-stakes communication, delivered remotely by video.

Who is this coaching for?

CEOs, CFOs, founders, board members and other senior leaders who need to present, pitch or lead with more clarity and less visible nervousness, including where English is a second or third working language.

How is high-stakes communication coaching different from traditional public speaking classes?

Most public speaking classes work on the script and delivery technique alone. I start with what breaks down under real pressure — the nervous system response that tightens your voice, blanks your mind, or makes you over-explain — through a method I call Emotional Stealth, then build message structure and content on top of that. My training in NLP, hypnotherapy and art therapy means sessions address the psychological and physical roots of anxiety, not just delivery technique.

What results can I expect from this coaching?

Clients report a self-assessed improvement of 80% on average across measures like speaking anxiety, filler-word use, body language and overall delivery clarity.

Can this help with public speaking anxiety specifically?

Yes. My training in hypnotherapy, NLP and art therapy is applied directly to the anxiety driving the nerves, not just the delivery habits it produces.

How do you help with physical nervousness, like voice tightening or going blank, before an investor pitch?

I work directly with the nervous system response rather than just the mindset around it, drawing on NLP and hypnotherapy training to change the physical reaction before it happens, then layer message structure and delivery technique on top so it holds under real pressure.

Can this help reduce filler words and tighten unclear delivery?

Yes. This is one of the most common starting points for clients, and one of the areas the 80% average improvement figure draws on.

Is this useful for investor pitches or board presentations?

Yes. Sessions can focus specifically on structuring a pitch narrative, tightening delivery under pressure, and building composure for tough questions from investors or board members.

What happens on the free intro call?

It's a free video call where we get to know the issue and evaluate where you are: what's breaking down — the message, the delivery, or the nervous system regulation — and what to work on first. You leave with a clear picture, whether or not we work together. If you only need help with one specific pitch or presentation, single strategy sessions are also available.

What does the 10-session coaching program involve?

Ten weekly sessions over 10 weeks, built around your actual upcoming event — a board update, pitch, keynote, or interview — rather than a generic curriculum. It starts with the evaluation from your free intro call and ends with a closing evaluation, both included.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are held online, by video, scheduled to work across time zones. I work with Gulf, European and other international clients without either side needing to travel.

Do you work with organizations and teams, not just individuals?

Yes. I work with organizations preparing executives, portfolio-company founders, or full teams for a defined high-stakes moment such as a funding round, conference, or leadership transition. I also organize tailored events for group sessions and group training, including at your company's headquarters.

Can this help with anxiety in social or group settings, not just formal stage speaking?

Yes. One client who experienced panic attacks in group gatherings went, after just a few sessions, from avoiding those settings to giving an impromptu speech to a room of 15 people with no visible nerves and fluid delivery.
