Privacy Policy

Lead by Speaking is run by Elio Haddad. This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions: speak@leadbyspeaking.com.

What I collect

• Forms and the Readiness Score: the details you type in (for example your name, email, role, upcoming event and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number), plus your quiz scores.
• How you found the site: the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters).
• Basic visit statistics: pages viewed, referrer, browser type and IP address, logged to a private spreadsheet to understand which pages are useful. This is not used for advertising.

Why I use it

• To send you the report or information you asked for.
• If you ticked the consent box, to send you occasional emails on high-stakes communication. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To reply to you about coaching, and to understand which channels bring visitors to the site.

I do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that process data for me

• MailerLite: stores email subscribers and sends emails.
• Formspree: delivers form submissions to my inbox.
• Google (Apps Script and Sheets): stores the private visit statistics.
• Calendly: handles call bookings, under its own privacy policy.

These providers may store data outside your country. They act only on my instructions.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets one first-party cookie (lbs_ft, kept for 90 days) that records how you first arrived: the referring website and any campaign tags in the link. It also stores whether you have taken the Readiness Score before. These values do not identify you, are sent only with forms you choose to submit, and are not used to track you across other websites. There are no advertising cookies.

How long I keep it

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Form enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for normal business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email speak@leadbyspeaking.com and I will respond within 30 days.
